Called Alex Steele, PGE, 209-337-8902. He said
that the spill occurred on 3/13/2020. The on call person failed to notify the county
and the state. PSC is going to be conducting the cleanup. To stop the leak, they
drained fifteen 55 gallons of mineral oil. The spill was contained by PSC using
plastic sheets (Visqueen) and absorbent socks. PSC is waiting for the US Dig
ticket to clear before beginning work. PG&E is going to be sampling for PCB
analysis.
Discussed with Elena Manzo, Lead Senior. Due to the proximity of the delta, (less
than 150 feet away), I went to go check containment.
