Approximately 5 gallons of Lauryl Alcohol was
released from the container and half a gallon hit the pavement.
2:18 PM: Called complainant to discuss the spill. The spill was cleaned up by Patriot
Environmental to EHD standards (received photos).
Approximately 1/5 of a 55 gallon drum was filled with used absorbent. Derek
Smith, revised the spill amount to approximately 2 gallons. It is currently unknown
how the waste is going to be disposed of. Samples of the waste were taken by
Patriot Environmental to run for a hazardous waste determination.
5105.rpt Page 1 of 2
