MANZO <br /> Gathered information and left to the site. <br /> 09/28/2020 (5 pm-7:12 pm):Arrived at the site address, no power poll could be located. Called MANZO <br /> Celia Barajas, 925-519-4750, let her know I need assistance with locating the <br /> area. Received a call from Brandon Eck with PGE, 916-767-9598, had issues <br /> locating the area based on descriptions only. Brandon indicated that he can't <br /> come back to the site to assist in finding the location unless he does it on his own <br /> time. Texted him my location map, he was able to provide a more precise map <br /> with the spill location. The pole appeared to be located along a dirt/ private road <br /> inside the farm property Located a cow milking area which had employees <br /> working, no manager was on duty, spoke with Ricardo (facility worker), who <br /> indicated it's ok for me to see the area and escorted me to the location, he <br /> indicated that his manager(Johny Di Silva)was not available. Transformers have <br /> benn removed but not replaced yet, and area of fresh excavated dirt(surrounded <br /> by caution tape)was observed, some oily staining was noted around the <br /> perimeter, took photos. Sent a text to Brandow (PGE)with area pictures, received <br /> a text back confirming I am at the correct location. <br /> 09/28/2020 Received page from front counter at 3:24 pm. Celia Barajas of PG&E reported an BAKER <br /> 8-10 gallon release of mineral oil at 23243 E. Lone Tree in Escalon. <br /> Called Celia Barajas at 925-519-4750. Celia was unsure if the transformer was <br /> non-PCB. A sample was taken for PCB analytical. No waterways or storm drains <br /> were impacted. Clean up is completed and one 55 gallon drum of waste was <br /> generated from the clean up. Waste was taken to Oakdale Yard for disposal. <br /> Wrote notice to abate and emailed it Celia Barajas at CPM3@pge.com. <br /> 09/30/2020 Went to site to verify additional clean-up. Some darker areas of oil still observed BAKER <br /> and slight smell of oil. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 1 of 2 <br />
