No waterways or storm drains impacted. McGraw transformer without a <br /> blue sticker. Sample of oil was taken for PCB analytical. Spill has been cleaned up. One 55 gallon drum of waste <br /> generated from the clean-up. Waste will be taken to PG&E Oakdale yard prior to disposal. <br /> PG&E to provide SJC EHD with PCB analytical and final disposal records for waste generated from the clean-up. <br /> VIOLATIONS: <br /> Discharge of any waste, including sewage <br /> (CA Health and Safety Code 5411) <br /> ° Discharge of waste or sewage to water or within 150 ft. of waterway <br /> (SJC Ordinance Code Sections 9-1125.3, 9-1125.4) <br /> ° Improper disposal of a hazardous waste <br /> (CA Health and Safety Code 25189.5) <br /> Permitting or Maintaining a Nuisance <br /> (SJC Ordinance Code Section 8-5100) <br /> Other Violation <br /> ORRECTIVE ACTIONS/ORDER: <br /> • Investigate and abate contamination under the oversite of the appropriate lead agency. <br /> • Submit copies of hazardous waste manifests/disposal records to the EHD. <br /> Within 30 days. <br /> • Other Correction <br /> Provide SJC EHD with a copy of PCB analytical. <br /> COST RECOVERY: All EHD time associated with this Spill Response is billed to the responsible party at the current hourly <br /> rate.
