Complaint Investigation Summary Report#:5105 <br /> COMPLAINT ID: CO0052809 Site Location: 26414 E LONE TREE RD <br /> Activity Summary <br /> Activity Date Recorded by <br /> 11/05/2020 Mailed complaint cover letter dated 11-4-20 with HM Disclosure Survey by certified MARTINEZ <br /> mail to property owner: <br /> DANNY LEUNG & MINDY TRUONG, <br /> 5205 JILSON WAY, <br /> ELK GROVE CA 95757-3501. <br /> Certified mail#7020 0640 0000 7545 8473. <br /> Also mailed by regular mail to the same address. <br /> DANNY LEUNG & MINDY TRUONG, <br /> 5205 JILSON WAY, <br /> ELK GROVE CA 95757-3501. <br /> 11/10/2020 Received a call from Mindy Truong, property owner, 916-897-1881, and discussed ALANIZ <br /> the complaint. She informed me that the sheds on the property are being used as <br /> a warehouse only. Scheduled an appointment for November 16, 2020. <br /> Discussed with Nicholas Loehrer, HMBP inspector. <br /> 11/16/2020 1 went on a compliant inspection with John Alaniz. The people that own the LOEHRER <br /> property are just soring the refrigerator cabinets there. There no reportable <br /> amounts of hazardous materials in the where house. <br /> 11/16/2020 Arrived on site and met with property owners Mindy Truong and Danny Leung. ALANIZ <br /> The inspection was also conducted with Nicholas Loehrer, hazardous material <br /> business plan inspection. Mindy did not give permission to take photos. <br /> Refrigeration equipment and forklifts were seen on the property in the storage <br /> shed closest to the main road. Mindy explained that the sheds on site were <br /> storage units. There is no business being operated at this location. Mindy stated <br /> she would get the correct permits if she started a business. <br /> Oily absorbent, old paint, and used florescent bulbs were observed on the <br /> property. Danny said the waste was all from personal maintenance/cleanup of the <br /> property. I gave Danny a San Joaquin County Household Hazardous Waste <br /> brochure. He said he would take any waste there. <br /> Got back to the EHD and typed an official inspection report (OIR). Emailed the <br /> OIR to Mindy at<livelong99@yahoo.com>. <br /> Received a confirmation email from Mindy. <br /> 11/16/2020 Received green certified mail receipt in the mail. Date of delivery was 11-9-20 and MARTINEZ <br /> was signed by DANNY LEUNG. Certified mail#7020 0640 0000 7545 8473. <br /> Scanned to inspectorAlaniz's folder. <br /> 12/08/2020 Received a signed receipt from the certified letter sent out. Added with compliant ALANIZ <br /> file. <br /> 12/14/2020 Gathered the complaint documents together, sorted the ALANIZ <br /> confidential/non-confidential sections, and abated it.
