Business is closed and no other business is currently operating at this FLORIDO
location. A contact phone number for the property owner was not posted on the
property. Observed and took photos of the following abandoned potential
hazardous waste containers on parcel 17306030:
-One—275 gallon sized caged tote labeled as Ultra Triple Black, located on the
north side of the parking lot, adjacent to Farmington Rd and west of Madrid Dr,
-Three—275 gallon sized caged totes, one of which is labeled with a UN 1993
flammable liquid placard, located near the north east corner of the property.
-One—275 gallon sized tote labeled as Red Dyed Diesel#2 and flammable,
located on the west side of the property parking lot, adjacent to Mariposa Rd.
-Three 5-gallon containers and one white jug of unknown material located behind
the building on the property.
Observed and took photos of the following abandoned potential hazardous waste
containers on parcel 17306032:
-Two —275 gallon sized caged totes, one of which is labeled as Red Dyed Diesel
#2 and flammable, located near the property entrance adjacent to Mariposa Rd.
Due to safety concerns, I did not exit my vehicle at the time of inspection. Left site
for home.
Arrived home. Discussed findings with Garrett Backus, Ld Sr REHS. Generated
complaint and began generating a notice to abate (NTA)for the property owner.
Found that the abandoned containers observed are on two different parcels, which
have different property owners. Discussed this issue with Garrett. Rather than
generating a NTA, I generated a letter for each property owner regarding the
abandoned potential hazardous waste found on each property owner's parcel.
Date stamped and downloaded inspection photos. Emailed Genesis Martinez,
office assistant, a copy of each letter and the inspection photos to mail certified to
each property owner.
5105.rpt Page 1 of 2
