This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest <br /> to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 60 days if the destination facility signed <br /> manifest copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate the destination facility signed manifests listed above and maintain in the facility file <br /> for three years from the date of shipping. Send a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD). <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 303 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> OBSERVATION: Two Eyesaline emergency eye/face wash bottles were observed expired in the electrical building, <br /> dates of expiration 6/2014 and 12/2017. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br /> its proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the two Eyesaline emergency eye/face wash bottles into proper working order by <br /> repair, replacement or testing.
