I believe the only
non-billable time code is "SC 007," which you can see on the right hand side. Our department's current hourly rate is
$152 per hour.
Our department has the authority to oversee the clean-up of hazardous waste releases and to recover any costs for such
oversight, per the California Health &Safety Code sections 25187.1 and 25187.2. Our department's spill response
authority summary is attached for your reference.
If you have any further questions, please let me know.
Thank you,
Elianna Florido, REHS
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Registered Environmental Health Specialist
1868 East Hazelton Ave
Stockton, CA 95205
P: (209)468-3420 1 F: (209) 468-3433 1 E: eflorido@sigov.org
SAN WOUIN
From: Alma Gonzales<agonzales@david morse.com>
Sent:Tuesday, December 8, 2020 2:20 PM
To: Florido, Elianna [EHD] <eflorido@sjgov.org>
Cc: DMA Reports, Marlene V. <DMAclaims@dmafh.com>
Subject: inv 1N0341064; dba 5816
CAUTION:This email is originated from outside of the organization.
