He stated that he was GAITAN <br /> currently out of the county and contact would be limited. <br /> He stated that PSC was on site at 12:30 and clean-up should be completed. Went <br /> to spill site and observed multiple soil stains impacted with transformer oil. Soil still <br /> appeared to have transformer oil. <br /> Updated Elena Manzo ILead Senior REHS1. Based on discussion, I took photos of <br /> clean-up so far. Sent email to Alex Steele, stating that spill is not complete. <br /> 09/21/2020 Received call from Andrew Matthew, Environmental Field Scientist; GAITAN <br /> Stated that approximately 6-gallons of transformer oil from a pad-mounted <br /> transformer was released last night at 10:30pm. Site located near 1640 Pinchot St. <br /> Stockton, Ca <br /> Asked why EHD was not notified last night, he stated that he was not notified until <br /> this morning. <br /> He stated release was due to mechanical error, stated the transformer is old. He <br /> stated that no soil or waterways were impacted. Stated that PGE will be <br /> contracting PSC environmental to perform clean up. <br /> Updated Elena Manzo ILead Senior REHS1. Arrived on site. Observed dry sweep <br /> on soil and a spill area roughly 4 feet wide and 5 feet in length. <br /> Received call from Andrew. Stated that Alex Steele, Field Scientist will be taking <br /> over. He also stated that PSC would be arriving at 12:30pm. Generated notice to <br /> abate.
