NO DRAINS IMPACTED. <br /> OBSERVATIONS: <br /> Arrived on-site and met with Adrian Delgado of PG&E and Chris Suthers of Patriot Environmental,the clean-up contractor. <br /> Observed a 5x20ft spill of transformer oil across the two lane roadway.A 1x1ft area of soil was impacted immediately <br /> beneath the transformer, located on the east side of the road. Patriot to pressure wash the road,excavate the impacted soil, <br /> and scrap up the vegetation around the transformer. Chris confirmed a sample of oil from the affected transformer was <br /> taken,which is to be analyzed for PCBs. Chris to provide the EHD with a copy of the oil sample chain of custody, and the <br /> amount of waste generated and where it will be transported to,via the completed waste shipping paper. <br /> Please be advised that the disposal of any waste[HSC 54111 or disposal of any hazardous waste, or the causing thereof, is <br /> prohibited when the disposal is at a facility which is not permitted or authorized for hazardous waste disposal. [HSC <br /> 25189.5(a).]. Please be aware that all hazardous waste shall be disposed of under appropriate hazardous waste shall be <br /> disposed of under appropriate hazardous waste manifesting procedure[HSC 25160(b)(3)].
