Received Cal OES <br /> #20-3768 report which states"PER CALLER LOAD IN A CONTAINER WAS <br /> CRUSHED WHICH CAUSED TWO CANS OF OIL BASED WOOD STAIN TO <br /> SPILL ON THE TRAILER FLOOR. STOPPED AND CONTAINED NO <br /> WATERWAYS IMPACTED. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANUP." <br /> Called Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) dispatch and was told to contact Michael <br /> Algots, UPRR Hazmat manager. Called Michael and Brandon Eck of Patriot <br /> Environmental cleanup company, who confirmed the spill impacted only the <br /> bottom inside of the container and the clean-up is complete. According to <br /> Brandon, who conducted the spill clean-up, one 55-gallon drum of waste solids <br /> was generated from the spill clean-up, which will be transported for disposal as <br /> non-RCRA hazardous waste on 7/16/20. According to Michael, the responsible <br /> party is Alliance Shippers Inc.
