Got directions to go to spill. Arrived on site, discussed <br /> complaint with on-site PGE staff. He pointed me to direction of release area. <br /> Contacted Dave Larsen, he stated that he generated two 55-galllon containers <br /> with soil contaminated with mineral oil and taken to PGE service center located on <br /> 4040 West Lane Stockton, CA. I deemed the clean-up to be adequately clean. <br /> Dave stated that he will take mineral oil sample to lab located at Atwater and <br /> provide results to me once they come in. Left site. <br /> 08/17/2020 Generated prop 65. Gave to Elena Manzo ILead Senior REHS1 for review. Mailed GAITAN <br /> letter to PGE and Property owner <br /> 08/19/2020 Sent an email to Alex Steele, requested mineral oil pcb results. GAITAN <br /> 08/20/2020 Received mineral oil pcb results from Alex Steele, Field Scientist, PGE.
