A State EPA ID number is required for generators of less than 100 kg RCRA hazardous waste per <br />month, less than one kg of acutely hazardous waste per month or any amount of non-RCRA hazardous waste. ID <br />numbers are unique to a business and site location. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/ <br />to obtain an ID number .
