Spoke to Scott Cooper of Public Works WONG <br /> after rcvd notice that an encroachment permit has been issued for CPT installation <br /> at multiple locations in the NW area of SJC. No boring permit or application <br /> found. Obtained ph #of Allan Davis of DWR 916-952-2779 and David Pieczynski <br /> of AE Com 916812-3260 that a well permit is required before commencement of <br /> any drilling operation. <br /> 10/28/2020 DWR-Walnut Grove area CPT project. Emailed Allan Davis of DWR and David WONG <br /> Pieczynski of AE Com that a well permit is required. Received email from State <br /> Deputy DA Christine E. Garske that based on a recent cast SJC vs. State the <br /> DWR does not need a county permit for the Delta Conveyance project. (JCCP <br /> 4594). The hearing was on 10/2/20 telphonic but EHD was never notified. <br /> 10/29/2020 DWR-Walnut Grove area CPT project. Spoke to Osha Meserve a firm working WONG <br /> for County Counsel. She asked we go out to do an inspection, but Michael Kith <br /> rejected it. <br /> 11/02/2020 DWR-Walnut Grove area CPT project. Teleconference with Osha of Semlawyers WONG <br /> who's working with County Council, Kirin and Zoey of County Council, Jasjit, Muni, <br /> and MF. County Council is looking to appeal against JCCP4594 <br /> 11/03/2020 DWR-Walnut Grove area CPT project. Reviewed doc and email sent by Osha. WONG <br /> Called her back: still need proper language b4 I'm willing to run out there for in <br /> inspection. Time seems to be running out as the last boring is scheduled on <br /> around 11/5, but Osha said there are others in SJC later. Await for more info from <br /> DA Office not just Osha before committing to an inspection. Generate complaint <br /> so I can track ;things down. <br /> 11/03/2020 DWR-Walnut Grove area CPT project. Generated complaint(RP to be WONG <br /> determined later) so I can track the time and effort on this case. Spoke to Osha <br /> commenting on her email from 8pm last night 11/2: 1 don't think we need to bring <br /> in the other Judge Order per Michelle Henry's last NAI since we have not <br /> established where they are drilling yet, and in any case I don't think it will ever <br /> involve the private property owner,. <br /> 11/23/2020 DWR. Meeting with Muni, Michael, Jasjit, and Steven in Muni"s office.
