I was unable to leave a SINGH <br /> message because the mailbox is full. <br /> Searched for updated information on the eviction process for commercial property <br /> due to COVID-19. 1 did not find anything recent. <br /> 10/21/2020 1 called Maria for an update. Maria stated Jeremy is currently renting the shop but SINGH <br /> he has not paid the rent for this month. She will have Nizar give me a call back. <br /> 11/03/2020 Emailed a copy of the NTA to Nisar at realtornisar@gmail.com. I also added the SINGH <br /> link to Jeremy's Instagram Account to the email. <br /> 12/07/2020 Viewed Jeremy's Instagram page for current activity. Jeremy is still practicing body SINGH <br /> art. <br /> 01/28/2021 Viewed Jeremy's Instagram account. He is still tattooing without a permit and in an SINGH <br /> unpermitted facility. <br /> I called Nisar for an update. Nisar stated the eviction process has already <br /> begun.He also stated Jeremy has not paid rent for 4 months. I asked him to send <br /> me documentation showing that the eviction process has begun. Emailed Nisar <br /> with the same information. <br /> 02/01/2021 Received eviction notice and rental agreement from Nisar. Reviewed the SINGH <br /> documents and forwarded to Robert M. <br /> 02/03/2021 Received a Due Diligence from Lillian. Began drafting the inspection report. SINGH <br /> Emailed Lillian informing her that the complaint will be abated. <br /> 02/04/2021 Completed inspection report. Abated complaint. SINGH <br /> 5105.rpt Page 3 of 3 <br />
