As you may know, I am the Facilities Committee, Chair for Grindstone Joe Association and <br />assisted with the Association's efforts to redo its facilities to a compliant state. We are trying to expedite the new <br />improvements on the island, both water and sewer, a response from the County of concurrence of the attached letter <br />would be of great appreciation. Of course if there are still concerns; we need to know soon. We are coming up on the <br />summer boating season and our 70 year old non-profit association relies on income from cruise-ins to financially survive. <br />At this moment, until our on shore facilities are in compliance we cannot support any activities on the island.
