The Environmental Health Department (EHD) has not received permit application for demolition or <br />installation of the septic system at Grindstone Joe's, 13550 or 14900 HWY 12. Septic permit and <br />inspection by EHD is required for demolition or installation of septic system, San Joaquin County <br />Development Title 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4. <br />Please submit permit application to EHD for approval. Soil suitability and nitrate loading study may also <br />be required prior to issuance of permit for installation of septic system. The contractor needs a sign off by County <br />inspection first on the work completed. Our contractor has been trying to schedule an appointment for <br />several weeks without luck. The permits to demo and replace expire at the end of November.
