Septic permit and inspection by EHD is required for <br />demolition or installation of septic system, San Joaquin County Development Title 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4. <br />Please submit permit application to EHD for approval. Soil suitability and nitrate loading study may also be required <br />prior to issuance of permit for installation of septic system. The contractor needs a sign off by County inspection first on the work <br />completed. Our contractor has been trying to schedule an appointment for several weeks without luck. The permits to <br />demo and replace expire at the end of November. We can make that deadline; if the County can inspect the work <br />completed now. <br />1
