According to Antrena after the effluent is treated with UV light it <br /> goes to the lift station where the pump discharges it to the old river behind it. <br /> According to Antrena under WDR they are permitted to discharge treated effluent <br /> into the old river. She will email me WDR permit. Per Antrena the lift station pump <br /> stopped working which caused the treated effluent to overflow. The overflown <br /> effluent made its way to a storm drain which is located east of lift station. See <br /> google map with notes for location of lift station and "strom drain". According to <br /> Antrena they do not know where the storm drain goes to. She contacted multiple <br /> source to find out but had no luck. Photos of the inspection are attached to the <br /> permit. Complaint given to Mr. Kith <br /> 04/02/2019 Received complaint back from Micheal Kith. According to Micheal Kith if no AHMED <br /> violations are observed then complaint can be abated. <br /> 05/15/2019 Official inspection report generated. Complaint abated. AHMED <br /> 05/29/2019 Bethany 17103. Reviewed OIR. Spoke to Nassem: owner must produce WONG <br /> documentation that they are"permitted" to release "treated" effluent to surface <br /> water. Complaint cannot be abated at this time. <br /> 02/12/2020 Received WDR discharge requirement permit. Under WDR permit this treatment AHMED <br /> facility is permitted to discharge treated effluent into the old river. First few pages <br /> of permit with this information is attached to the permit.
