I had a question
about the Overfill results. In the CERS website, the overfill prevention method listed is 'fill tube shut-off valve'. But the
attached results are for audible/visual testing and doesn't have it marked if it's for a repair, installation, 36-months test.
The audible/visual was last tested 8/24/2020 the date of the last monitoring system certification and the results also
doesn't list if it's for a repair, installation or 36-months test. I checked the records and the fill tube shut-off valves were
installed 11/13/2018 and last tested 8/26/2019 and those results were marked as 36-months. Are these audible/visual
tests just to test for functionality and is a secondary overfill prevention device and the primary overfill prevention device
is the fill tube shut-off valves?
Thank youl
All the Best,
Carol Presto
Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Email: cpresto@sigov.org I Phone: (209) 616-3061
https://www.sigov.org/department/envhealth/
Environmental Health Department's public lobby is open with some modifications.
