When I arrived the owners thought I was the plumber as <br />they had recently called one out. <br />I did not smell anything foul when I arrived and the owner's showed me a receipt <br />for having the tank pumped. I asked if I could go into the back to check on the <br />tank, and they said no, as they were worried about their dogs. <br />I walked into the garage and the toilet at the front of the house appeared to be <br />leaking. This is why the owner's said they called a plumber. <br />I told the owners to keep taking care of things and when everything is done to give <br />me a call. I gave them my card and I got the adult daughters phone number. <br />12/02/2020 Called the complainant and gave him an update on the situation. He seemed SUSZYCKI <br />satisfied with our response. <br />12/23/2020 Called the owner's grand-daughter Melissa and left a message asking for an SUSZYCKI <br />update. <br />Melissa called back and informed me that it was a pipe inside the home that was <br />clogged and not the septic. I told her that I would go ahead and close the <br />complaint. <br />12/24/2020 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a SUSZYCKI <br />photographic log. Printed the log and added it to the complaint. <br />Abated the complaint and turned it in for reivew. <br />5105 rpt Page 1 of 1
