I <br />explained to her and guided her to the web site to obtain out of service well permit. <br />SHIH <br />08/06/2020 Spoke with gerard about abandoned well. Has not submitted permit application or <br />payment. Reminded him that the well is still considered abandoned. <br />GOODERHAM <br />Emailed well and pump permit again. <br />11/05/2020 Set up inspection for out of service well (WP0041081).
