We met <br />with Maureen, Property Manager. She mentioned that she is in the process of cleaning the property, but it is a <br />slow process. The accumulation of solid waste along the eastern and western fence were removed. However, <br />the other violations cited on 8/19/20 were observed during the reinspection. The violations observed include: <br />- A pond like structure located north of the front unit consisted of green standing water. <br />- A rolling cart located next to the storage unit contained solid waste. <br />- A pile of tires, a pile of bricks/ cement, file cabinets and a utility trailer containing solid waste was observed <br />on the southern portion of the property. <br />- A trailer filled with yard debris and other forms of solid waste observed south of the complex. <br />- A burn pile was observed south of the complex.
