The <br />garage is rented to Vince Haro Junk Removal and the business is operating from <br />this location. There are rodents and excessive cats. I met with Celina at the <br />property. She informed me that the complaint was about her neighbor that is <br />renting the garage. Celina's home and the garage are on the same same lot. <br />Celina mentioned her neighbor is a clean person who tends to sell junk that he <br />collects. Celina will give her neighbor my card. <br />Trash and junk was not observed on the property. <br />Celina's phone number is 209-898-5231. <br />12/02/2020 Reviewed owner and property information on Parcel Viewer. SINGH <br />12/03/2020 Created a photolog for the inspection conducted on 12/2/20. SINGH <br />12/07/2020 Drafted a NTA. I emailed the notice to Robert M. for approval.
