Complaint Investigation Summary Report /if. 5105 <br />COMPLAINT ID: C00053041 Site Location: 2420 W MICHIGAN AVE <br />Activity Summary <br />Activity Date Recorded by <br />12/17/2020 I called Republic Services and spoke with Kevin. Kevin verified that the garbage SINGH <br />service is active and the account is on the property owner's name. I informed <br />Kevin that the garbage has not been picked up for a couple of weeks. Kevin <br />mentioned there is nothing noted from the collector and if there is an issue then <br />the property owner should call Republic Services. <br />Created photolog. <br />Discussed complaint with Robert M. <br />12/21/2020 Reviewed complaint. Called the property owner, Kamran, in regards to the trash <br /> <br />SINGH <br />bags of garbage on the property. Left a message. <br />Received a voicemail from Kameron. Returned Kameron's call. He stated he <br />contacted Republic Services last Tuesday for a garbage service account. The <br />service will be active as of 12/22/20. He also mentioned the tenants are aware of <br />the garbage service. The tenants are expected to vacant the premises the <br />beginning of the next year. I informed Kameron that I will reinspect the property <br />after 1/1/21. <br />Updated Robert M. on the complaint via email. <br />Completed OIR. <br />12/23/2020 Updated complaint. SINGH <br />01/06/2021 Received confirmation from US Postal Service that the certified mail was accepted SINGH <br />by the property owner. Updated and reviewed complaint. <br />Uploaded pictures from reinspection. <br />01/06/2021 2420 W Michigan Ave., Stockton - Reinspection (complaint). I met with Efrain at <br />the property. Efrain stated he was hired to clean the property after the tenants <br />moved out.
