Bateman <br />5701 Lonetree Blvd. Suite 102 <br />Rocklin, CA 95755 <br />REQUEST FOR SANITARY SEWER, STORM SEWER, AND WATER SERVICE FOR <br />9993 AND 10099 LOWER SACRAMENTO ROAD AND PORTIONS OF 592 GRIDER <br />WAY APN 070-940-90 070-580-47 070-940-35 and 070-570-13 - REVISED <br />In response to your letter received August 27, 2020, copy attached, City staff from the <br />Community Development and Municipal Utilities Departments have reviewed your <br />request for sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water service to the subject properties, <br />which are located outside the City limits of the City of Stockton. Review by the <br />Community Development Department is limited to General Plan conformity and <br />participation in Areas of Benefit and Community Facilities District 90-1. The following <br />information is provided as result of that review: <br />Community Development Department <br />The Community Development Department has determined the site does conform to the <br />City of Stockton's General Plan. <br />The property owner shall sign a Conditional Utility Service Agreement for future <br />annexation to the City of Stockton on demand by the City. <br />The subject properties are within Areas of Benefit No's. 90 and 97. The property owner <br />should be aware that these AOB tees (currently about $279,584) are due and payable <br />to the City of Stockton prior to the issuance of any building permit and shall be adjusted <br />by the ENR Index at the time of payment. Please contact William Wong in the City of <br />Stockton Permit Center at (209) 937-8125 for further details. <br />Municipal Utilities Department —Sanitary Sewer <br />The subject parcel is currently not served by sanitary sewer.
