STORM DRAIN AND WATER SERVICE SPECIFY SERVICES <br />I am proposing the (construction of a new self -storage facility containing 11 metal <br />buildings and 1 officel manager's unit), located at (9993 Lower Sacramento Road). This <br />site is currently not served by a sanitary sewer, storm drain, and water service system <br />(specify services). 1 am, therefore, requesting permission to convey sanitary sewer and <br />stormwater discharge from the (project) into the existing public system, and water <br />service (specify services) to the project located at (location). (Please see attached site <br />map). <br />Please provide a "Request for Utility Service Letter" with the terms and conditions under <br />which the City of Stockton will grant approval to (property owner) to connect their <br />proposed (project) to the City sanitary sewer, storm drain and water system (specify <br />services).
