Impact Discussion: <br />a) The proposed applications are for a General Plan Map Amendment and Zone Reclassification, and the parcels are <br />currently vacant. The project referral was sent March 4, 2021 to Pacific Gas & Electric, AT&T, the Department of Public <br />Works, Stockton Sewer District, and the Stockton Municipal Utilities Department District. On March 24, 2021, Stockton <br />Municipal Utilities District responded they do not have any comments regarding the project. Therefore, it appears the <br />project will not result in the relocation of any major utility service systems. <br />b) The proposed applications are for a General Plan Map Amendment and Zone Reclassification and the parcels are <br />currently vacant.
