Nature of complaint: complainant LINHARES <br /> alleges this facility is allowing indoor dining, not wearing masks, and no social <br /> distancing. Called and spoke to the facility manager (owners are out of town). <br /> Described the nature of the received complaint. Per Manager, Billy, the facility was <br /> open for indoor dining on Saturday 12-5-20 (before the updated order), but that the <br /> facility was closed Sun-Tuesday. When they re-opened yesterday (12-9-20), they <br /> complied with the updated order and re-opened for take-out& delivery only. <br /> Manager states that the front door is locked and that he will occasionally let a <br /> doordash driver in to use the restroom.
