Oakwood Road, Stockton
SR0083015, PA-2000062 (MS)
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil
Suitability/Nitrate Loading (SSNL) Study, dated December 2020 and submitted on December 15,
2020 for the above noted location, and has the following comments for your consideration.
The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for onsite wastewater
treatment system (OWTS) usage and the potential long-term impact of nitrate to groundwater from
the subdivision of current 20-acre parcel into two parcels.
Based on the information provided, the EHD can make the following findings:
1. The Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study supports the suitability for standard OWTS usage
for the proposed development project on the above-mentioned parcel, pursuant to San
Joaquin County Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d).
If you have any questions please contact Naseem Ahmed, Senior Registered Environmental Health
Specialist, at nahmed@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3018.
Muniappa Naidu, REHS
Assistant Director
c: Dillion & Murphy- P.O Box 2180 Lodi, CA 95241
1868 E.
