I am working on 107 and getting the form filled out. Quick question about 206...1 have a copy of the UST Response Plan in my office but your comment below refers to a binder. What binder is this? Should this document be stored by the tanks too? I was able to close 105, 122 and 208 based on the submitted documents.The following are still open: • 107—All of the financial responsibility documents have not been updated.The financial responsibility mechanisms listed in CERS is the State Fund and the CFO Letter.The CFO letter has been updated in CERS and is the one attached in the email but the second part of the financial responsibility mechanisms is the State Fund.The State Fund would need to be listed on the attached form listed 2020 Certificate of Financial Responsibility. Annually the Certificate of Financial Responsibility and the CFO Letter should be resigned and dated and submitted into CERS.Your last CERS submittal 8/2/2021 for UST was rejected due to an outdated Certificate of Financial Responsibility (the attached form). Please complete the attached form and submit into CERS in the 'UST Certification on Financial Responsibility' section. • 206—This violation was for the most current UST Response Plan not being on site during the inspection. There was not a statement submitted on the document,just 'This violation was corrected'. Please provide a statement on how this has been corrected. Has the new updated UST Response Plan that was submitted 4/28/2021 been printed out and placed in the binder on site? Does everyone in the office have access to CERS to get this document if needed?
