THEY BLOCK THE BUS LANES AND THE FIRE LANES. <br />HOT DOG VENDOR PARKS ON WEST SIDE OF COURT HOUSE BY BANK OF AMERICA. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Complaint inspection. <br />The mobile food unit in question is currently permitted as Stockton's Hot Dogs: PR0529398. I approached the operator and <br />explained the nature of the complaint. The operator stated that they do not possess a a bottle in which they urinate in, they <br />use the restroom at a permitted food facility across the street or the administration building located across from the street on <br />the east side. The vendor does contain a hand washing station attached to the mobile food cart, which is stocked with single <br />use paper towels and hand washing soap. Advised vendor to provide a restroom certification form due to vendor stating they <br />operated from 12:00pm to 3:00pm. The operator will need to provide a restroom verification by the end of the week or only be <br />allowed to operator for one hour before moving locations of operation. <br />Official inspection report and restroom verification form will be given to the operator. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
