1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of site: The project consists of one ten acre parcel. The project is in an Agriculturally <br /> Limited zone. The address is 11250 Micke Grove Rd.,Lodi, CA 94240 and is zoned AL-5. The project <br /> parcel number is 059-140-57. <br /> 1.2 Description of Proposed Development: The purpose of this project is to subdivide the existing ten <br /> acre parcel into two five acre parcels.In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report(SSCR) is being submitted for approval. This report <br /> will investigate the property for visual or historical environmental contamination based on field <br /> observation, interviews with the owner,and County records. (This SSCR includes no chemical <br /> analysis). <br /> 1.3 Parcel location map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map and APN page). <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past,Present,and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of information <br /> of the historic use of this property is testimony from the owner's (Mario Carrasco)representative,Jack <br /> Kautz,who recently purchased the property,was interviewed in December 2020. The land has been <br /> used for agricultural purposes in the recent years. The land use has not changed under his ownership. <br /> The proposed future use of the site would be to create two five acre parcels which are compatible with <br /> current zoning. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1 Methods used to research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researched at the <br /> San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on August 15, 2020(see appendix for results). <br /> An onsite survey was performed on December 1, 2020 by staff of Dillon&Murphy. The San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department's underground storage tank mitigation database list did not <br /> yield any concerns. <br /> 3.2 Description of all past on-site potential and/or known above and below ground sources of <br /> contamination identified at the project site: Past on-site potentials for contaminations are low. <br /> Historically there have been no underground storage tanks. The owner has no knowledge of improper <br /> above ground storage of chemicals on the subject parcel. <br /> 1 <br />
