Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> 2 door prep cooler--40.00°F walk in--40.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to owners who were aware of this complaint. One owner was on site during incident. He stated that customer found a <br /> long piece of ginger in their food and though that is was a maggot. Customer showed it to owner and other staff.When staff <br /> did not agree with her, customer started showing it to several customers.According to owners she even posted incident on <br /> YELP. <br /> I also spoke to waitress that was there on that day, she stated that customer ordered seafood with XO sauce and the sautee <br /> three kinds of seafood dish. Both dishes come with carrots, mushrooms, celery, snow peas, soy sauce, and fresh ginger.The <br /> dish with XO sauce also comes with scallops. 3 seafood dish comes with scallops and shrimp. <br /> Observations: The soy sauce and ginger sauce that is added to the dishes appears to have small long pieces of ginger(they <br /> look like long strings). Back door that exits that kitchen has a screened door. Did not see any flies in kitchen. Observed <br /> several types of food and did not see.any maggots.
