Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, CA 95205
Via Email: mkith()sjgov.org
Subject: Limited Phase II Site Assessment Work Plan
PACIFIC T & T PROPERTY
1333 — 1437 Bourbon Street and 3900 West Lane, Stockton, California
Dear Mr. Kith:
AdvancedGeo, Inc. (AGI) has prepared this Limited Phase lI Site Assessment Work Plan
for the property located at 1333 — 1437 Bourbon Street and 3900 West Lane, Stockton,
California (site or subject property). The scope of work includes advancing three (3) soil
borings for the collection of soil-vapor samples.
This work plan has been prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Environmental
Health Department (EHD) application for a boring/well permit. The site and surrounding
area are illustrated in Figure 1. On-site structures and proposed soil-vapor sampling
locations are illustrated in Figure 2.
1.0. INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND
During the performance of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for the site, AGI
identified an unassessed former gasoline fueling station ("Christy's Texaco") on the
property immediately west of the subject site. The presence of an unassessed gasoline
station on the adjacent property is a Recognized Environmental Conditions (REC).
Therefore, AGI recommends collecting soil-vapor samples along the property boundary
to determine if the subject property had been impacted by the gasoline station (Figure 2).
2.0. SCOPE OF WORK AND PROCEDURES
AGI proposes to advance three (3) soil borings to total depths of 10 feet below surface
grade (bsg) for installation of dual-completed soil-vapor wells (SV1 through SV3). Soil-
vapor samples will be collected at 5 feet and 10 feet bsg in SV1 through SV3.
