The project includes the construction of a 255 -square -foot office building, a 260 - <br />square -foot caretaker residence, 96 -square -foot storage shed, 246 -square -foot RV shade structure, and grading for a total <br />of 23 parking spaces to include 6 parking spaces for motor homes and boats, 13 parking spaces for RVs, and 4 parking <br />spaces for automobiles. <br />The parcel will be served by an on-site water well, a septic system for wastewater disposal, and natural storm drainage. <br />The facility proposes to operate 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, with 1 employee.
