The septic tank for proposed three-bedroom second unit dwelling shall be 2000 gallon capacity.
2. Based on the information provided, the EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability for
standard OWTS usage for future development on the proposed parcels, pursuant to San Joaquin
County Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d), provided the existing and proposed OWTS and
100% replacement areas conform to OWTS standards and meet all required minimum setbacks.
If you have any questions please contact Steven Shih, Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist, at
sshih@sjgov.org or (209) 468-9850.
Steven Shih, REHS
Program Coordinator
1868 E.
