SAN J O A R N Environmental Health Department <br /> i , �V <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> Nella Oil#487 T983 Moffat Blvd, Manteca July 22, 2021 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 318 CCR 2635, 2637.1,2665, 2712 Failed to meet spill container requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION: The 91 direct-bury spill container failed when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of <br /> containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is <br /> repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> If the spill container can't be replaced immediately,there is a possibility that the 91 UST system may be red tagged <br /> to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 08/21/2021 . <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($152). To schedule an appointment, please call (209)468-3420. <br /> Documents provided during inspection: Inspection report, corrective action statement form and a list of approve <br /> free CUPA training classes <br /> *The overfill prevention equipment for the 91 tank were not conducted during the inspection.
