Weber Ave. <br />Stockton, CA 95202 <br />REQUEST FOR SANITARY SEWER SERVICE FOR 3009 POCK LANE <br />(APN 179-120-11) <br />In response to your letter received January 8, 2021, copy attached, City staff from the <br />Coi�nmunity Development and Municipal Utilities Departments have reviewed your <br />request for sanitary sewer service to the subject property, which is located outside the <br />City limits of the City of Stockton. Review by the Community Development Department <br />is limited to General Plan conformity and participation in Areas of Benefit and <br />Community Facilities District 90-1. The following information is provided as result of that <br />review: <br />Community Development Department <br />The Community Development Department has determined that the site does conform to <br />the City of Stockton's General Plan. <br />The property owner _shall sign a Conditional Utility Service Agreement for future <br />annexation to the City of Stockton on demand by the City. <br />Municipal Utilities Department —Sanitary Sewer <br />The subject parcel is currently not served by the City sanitary sewer collection system. <br />The nearest City sewer is the existing 10 -inch line in Loomis Road to serve the <br />proposed 108 residential lots. <br />Local Agency Formation Commission of San Joaquin County <br />All applications outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries are subject to Local Agency <br />Formation Commission of San Joaquin County (LAFCO) review, fees and approval. <br />LAFCO approval is required prior to the City of Stockton approval. <br />Stockdc. �r�� <br />1'���-� <br />ZQo4 <br />1939 <br />
