<br />Commencing at a point in the north line of Section 33, distant 20 feet west of the northeast corner of
<br />Section 33; thence South 0 Degrees 04 Minutes West, along the west line of Stow Avenue, parallel to
<br />and 20 feet west of the east line of Section 33, a distance of 2623.6 feet to a point in the north line of a
<br />County Road, 30 feet north of the south line of the northeast quarter of Section 33; thence along the
<br />north line of County Road, parallel to and 30 feet north of the south line of the northeast quarter of
<br />Section 33, North 89 Degrees 33 Minutes West, 946.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 0 Degrees 04
<br />Minutes East, 2625.0 feet to an iron pipe in the north line of Section 33; thence along the fence on the
<br />north line of Section 33, South 89 Degrees 28 Minutes East, 946.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.

<br />89°13'29" East, 483.34 feet to a point that is westerly 20 feet from the east line of said Section 33 at
<br />right angle, thence North 01'11'50" West parallel with and 20 feet distant from said east line of Section
