Phase 2 is the construction of <br />two additional 24,000 square -foot storage buildings and shall begin within 10 years; located on <br />the north side of Kettleman Lane approximately 1,000 feet west of Curry Avenue, east of the <br />City of Lodi. APPLICANT: Chaffield Construction <br />ADDRESS: 6041 E- Keffieman Lane, Lodi APN: 049-230-11 <br />INFORMATION: <br />The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br />Kettleman Lane has an existing right -o£ --way width of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width of the same. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note: Driveway <br />encroachment pemtits are for flatwork only —all vertical features, including but not limited to Fences, <br />walls, private light standards, rocks, landscaping and cobbles era not allowed in the right -of --way.) <br />(Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br />2. The most easterly driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San <br />Joaquin County Standards Drawing No. A -I'7 including return radii to accommodate truck -fuming <br />movements prior to issuance of the building permit (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br />
