COMPLAINANT IS CONCERNED <br /> THAT SOMEONE MAY CHIP A TOOTH. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I spoke to the manager who was not aware of compliant prior to this investigation. <br /> The orange c booster is orange juice, powdered vitamin and zinc, 2 scoops frozen sherbet, 1 scoop of sliced banana, 1 scoop <br /> of ice and 2 scoops of frozen diced peaches. <br /> I observed "dip box"freezer where all ingredients are kept(other than orange juice). <br /> All fruit items are pre cut other than blueberries and strawberries(are whole). <br /> All fruit items come to the facility frozen and pre cut and are stored in the walk in freezer. <br /> I observed walk-in freezer where product is kept.All items are boxed. <br /> Per manager there were no peaches at the facility at the time of inspection, as this item has run out. <br /> Peaches come to the facility frozen and pre-cut(without the pit). <br /> Manager said that the peach pieces are very similar to the mango pieces. <br /> Manager assembled a mango smoothie and I observed the blending and pouring process. <br /> Smoothies are blended between 30-33seconds and theblending time is set on the blender setting.Time varies depending on <br /> the size of the smoothie ordered. <br /> After the smoothie is blended,the protocol is for the smoothie maker to visually observe the smoothie when it is poured into <br /> the cup to ensure there are no remaining fruit chunks in the final product. <br /> I observed the blender container washing process. <br /> If there is an accumulation fruit accumulation at the bottom of the blender container,the blender container is sprayed out and <br /> FA0023437 C00053498 SCO04 03/02/2021 <br /> EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 2 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> 1868 E.
