Remove the rubber base coving from these areas and install an approved coving material (coved quarry tile or <br /> Schluter as discussed). <br /> Some of the coving tiles by the walk-in cooler door and the doors of the dry goods storage rooms doors have missing grout <br /> (tile just installed). Properly grout coving tiles prior to opening. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces.
