HE HAS BEEN SICK SINCE THE NIGHT OF 11/10 WITH SEVERE STOMACH <br /> CRAMPS, SEVERE DIARRHEA, LETHARGIC,AND NO APPETITE. STILL HAS SYMPTOMS AT TIME OF COMPLAINT. <br /> ON 11/17 WENT TO EMERGENCY ROOM. ON 11/18 WENT TO PERSONAL DOCTOR AND WAS PRESCRIBED <br /> MEDICATIONS TO KILL BACTERIA AND STOP NAUSEA. COMPLAINANT REQUESTS A CALL BACK AFTER <br /> INSPECTION. They state that they do not believe the complainant has the correct facility as <br /> there is another taco trailer close by.
