Linne Rd, Tracy
APN 253-210-18, SR0083315
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil Suitability/Nitrate
Loading (SSNL) Study, dated January 5, 2021 for the above noted location, and has the following comments
for your consideration.
The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for onsite wastewater treatment
system (OWTS) usage and the potential long-term impact of nitrate to groundwater for the Glassfab Tenant
Improvement project.
Based on the information provided, the EHD can make the following findings:
a. EHD find the soil suitability/nitrate loading study does not address the increase in occupancy load to
306 from the proposed improvement. The nitrate loading shall be evaluated based on the total
occupancy load to determine the outcome of potential nitrates to the groundwater.
Submit an addendum to EHD addressing above-mentioned concern and EHD will respond accordingly.
If you have any questions please contact Naseem Ahmed, Senior Registered Environmental Health
Specialist, at nahmed@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3018.
5 # -
Steven Shih, REHS
Program Coordinator
c: LiveOak
1868 E.
