WITHIN <br />1-5 HOURS, COMPLAINANT EXPERIENCED VOMITING, FATIGUE, NAUSEA, AND ABDOMINAL PAIN. COMPLAINANT <br />DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. He also stated that no one has been ill. <br />Food Process: Chicken is received frozen and thawed in 2 door traulsen cooler (used only for thawing). Chicken is then <br />cleaned up (removal of fat) and grilled on garling grill (currently at 384 F). Then it is transfered into food warmers. When order <br />is placed, food is placed into container. <br />Observations: Acceptable food temperatures and sanitation. No evidence of vermin. Employee health ok, hand wash ok. and <br />rest rooms are fully functional. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
