Previous area of concern regarding the facility overwatering the windrows and causing ponding has been <br /> corrected. <br /> 2. The rip rap rock needs to be cleaned in order for it to continue to be effective in preventing track out mud on <br /> Frewert Road. <br /> 3. Facility is still awaiting the test results for the latest compost product sample submitted. <br /> 4. Odor and dust was light. The fly population was also light. <br /> 5. All records were available for review. <br /> 6. The temperature range of the greenwaste and ground material was 73 F to 82 F and 91 F to 101 F <br /> respectively. The temperature range of the windrows and overs was 101 F to 126 F and 84 F to 104 F <br /> respectively. The temperature range of the pre-screened product and the screened product was 60 F to 98 <br /> F and 87 F to 100 F respectively. The temperature of the hogfuel was 81 F. <br />
