However there was still <br /> track-out mud in front of the facility along Frewert Road. This issue has been ongoing. <br /> A. Per permit condition 15,facility must comply with the Report of Composting Site Information (RCSI). <br /> B. According to the RCSI, under section titled, "Truck Tracking Control and Clean-up,"the facility is supposed to <br /> inspect each truck leaving the facility and wash down the tires as needed. Facility is also supposed to wash off <br /> Frewert Road with a water truck as well as use road sweepers as needed. <br /> C. Facility must utilize other means (wash down tires and road sweepers)described in the RCSI to maintain <br /> Frewert Road. <br /> D. Facility was also told that preventative measures, once approved, could be utilized. <br /> III,V ' <br /> Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. The pile of compost with glass is now being reprocessed. A portion of the pile still remains. Operator was <br /> reminded that all of the pile must be reprocessed by March 2015. <br /> 2. According to the records,the greenwaste pile was monitored for temperature on 2/10/15 and then on <br /> 2/17/15. No temperatures were taken between those dates. Operator was reminded that according to <br /> permit condition 16(m), all feedstock piles must be monitored for temperature prior to being incorporated <br /> into windrows. <br /> 3. The analysis results for the metal concentration,fecal coliform density, and Salmonella density of the <br /> compost product was available for review. The compost met the state standards. <br /> 4. All records were available for review. <br /> 5. No offsite litter was observed. <br /> 6. The odor and fly population was light and dust was minimal. The water truck was observed on site. <br /> 7. The temperature range of the greenwaste and ground material was 78 F to 80 F and 140 F to 142 F <br /> respectively. The temperature range of the windrows was 92 F to 120 F. The temperature range of the <br /> pre-screened product and the screened product was 110 F to 116 F and 93 F to 136 F respectively. The <br /> temperature of the overs and hogfuel was 94 F and 143 F respectively. <br />
