This has been an ongoing issue. <br /> A. Per permit condition 15,facility must comply with Report of Composting Site Information (RCSI). <br /> B. According to the RCSI, under section titled, "Truck Tracking Control and Clean-up,"the facility is supposed to <br /> inspect <br /> each truck leaving and wash down the tires as needed. Facility is also supposed to wash off Frewert Road <br /> with a water <br /> truck as well as use/contract road sweepers as needed. <br /> C. Facility has utilized the water truck to wash down Frewert Road, however track-out mud still remains. <br /> D. Facility must utilize the other means(wash down tires and road sweepers)described in the RCSI in order to <br /> maintain <br /> Frewert Road. <br /> Iins`pectlonpiirf Comments <br /> : <br /> r <br /> Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. The pile of compost with glass is still on site. Operator was reminded that the material must be removed or <br /> reprocessed by March 2015. <br /> 2. The analysis results for the metal concentration,fecal coliform density, and Salmonella density of the <br /> compost product was available for review. The compost met the state standards. Another compost sample <br /> has already been sent for testing. <br /> 3. All records, including temperature and turning records, were available for review. <br /> 4. No offsite litter was observed. <br /> 5. The odor and fly population was light and dust was minimal. <br /> 6. The temperature of the greenwaste and overs was 70 F and 136 F respectively. The temperature range of <br /> the ground material and windrows was 109 F to 120 F and 106 F to 140 F respectively. The temperature <br /> range of the pre-screened product and the screened product was 120 F to 145 F and 92 F to 96 F <br /> respectively. The temperature of the hogfuel was 142 F. <br />
