A R9uiations <br /> X 17867(a)(2)-Vectors/Odor/Litter/Hazard/Nuisance/Noise/Dust <br /> Comments: During the inspection, it was observed that there was still a significant amount of litter on the eastern <br /> adjacent property. <br /> A. All handling activities shall be conducted in a manner that minimizes litter. <br /> B. Have all the litter on the eastern adjacent property removed. <br /> tnspection:l2ep©rtComments'` z� `. ' �� � <br /> Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. Area of concern regarding residual material with glass still being on site has been corrected. The material <br /> was taken to Forward Landfill. <br /> 2. Area of concern regarding the preventative measures document has been corrected. The document had <br /> a letterhead and the appropriate signature. Facility has already purchased a sweeper and dust <br /> suppressant. Operator stated that the rip rap rock will be installed by 9/1/15. <br /> 3. Facility is going to send another compost sample in for testing because over 5,000 cubic yards of product <br /> has been produced since the last test. <br /> 4. There was separation between the unscreened greenwaste received and the stockpiled greenwaste. <br /> 5. Odor and dust was light. The fly population was more significant than during the previous monthly <br /> inspection. Facility was instructed to begin fly population control. <br /> 6. All records were available for review. <br /> 7. The temperature range of the greenwaste was 81 F to 83 F. The temperature of the hogfuel and the <br /> overs was 82 F and 101 F respectively. The temperature range of the ground material and windrows was <br /> 84 F to 94 F and 110 F to 118 F respectively. The temperature range of the pre-screened product and the <br /> screened product was 92 F to 116 F and 94 F to 120 F respectively. <br />
